To submit a project to the Foundation

To ensure that the project falls within our areas of intervention, we invite you to verify that the project’s theme is consistent with the Foundation’s purposes. In particular:

• Poverty Alleviation
• Support programs for children in vulnerable circumstances
• Support programs for people with disabilities
• Addressing educational disadvantage and promoting the right to education
• Assistance to religious institutions facing hardship

Project evaluation criteria

The Foundation reserves the right to carefully review each funding proposal, requesting any documentation it deems necessary. While we are flexible in approving projects, we give preference to initiatives implemented in geographic areas where we are already active. During the evaluation phase, we consider the following aspects:

• The solidity and transparency of the applicant: governance bodies, bylaws, financial statements, partnerships, experience, and expertise in the relevant field.

• The strategic vision and the project’s alignment with the needs of the local context.

• The project logic and the relevance of the tools and activities proposed to achieve the objectives.

• The efficiency of the financial plan and the long-term sustainability of the project.

• The involvement and participation of local stakeholders in the design and implementation of the project

Project monitoring

To ensure that each funded project contributes to real and measurable change, we closely monitor the development of initiatives through regular meetings and on-site visits.
These take place during the initial assessment, development, and completion phases of the project, allowing us to fully understand its dynamics, challenges, and strengths.

Disbursement of Funds

The Foundation’s contributions are always provided on a co-financing basis and never cover the full cost of a project.
Disbursement timelines are agreed upon with the beneficiary organization, and each disbursement requires both financial and narrative reporting.
