In Italy, the Foundation supports social and work inclusion projects for young people and individuals with disabilities. It promotes free hip-hop courses in Bologna and Ravenna for young people from disadvantaged neighborhoods through the DancER project. It has supported the Caffè di Più and Residenza di Più, spaces dedicated to the training and employment of individuals with disabilities. It has also contributed to the purchase of medical vehicles and the construction of playgrounds. These activities involve a network of local partners and professionals.

Caffè & Residenza Di Più
The Caffè di Più is an inclusive project created in Salò to offer job and training opportunities to people with disabilities. Managed by Parchotels and supported by various associations, it promotes a fair and stimulating work environment. Since 2025, the project has expanded with the Residenza di Più, applying the same model to hotel hospitality.

José, a New Smile from Venezuela: Another Story of Hope and Solidarity
José, a Venezuelan boy suffering from a severe heart condition, underwent a successful surgery in Italy thanks to the support of the Chincherini Foundation and the collaboration of the Mediterranean Pediatric Cardiology Center.
During his hospital stay, he was lovingly cared for by his uncles and the volunteers of Misericordia di Letojanni.
On September 29, José celebrated his 15th birthday in the hospital, surrounded by balloons, gifts, and affection.
In mid-October, he returned to Venezuela with a healed heart and the memory of a great family united in solidarity.

The Germano Chincherini Foundation has donated new playground equipment to the “Germano Chincherini” park in Letojanni, created in collaboration with the Municipality and designed with children’s safety and enjoyment in mind.

The Germano Chincherini Foundation at the Gran Guardia in Verona for an event dedicated to young people
The Germano Chincherini Foundation participates in the event organized by the Municipality of Verona at the Gran Guardia with an exhibition space and an art workshop with schools. On May 24, it will organize a roundtable with Verona-based organizations active in Africa to raise awareness among young people about international cooperation.
The support for the DancER project continues
In 2024, we continue to support the DancER project, which involves 350 young people from diverse backgrounds in inclusive dance courses at schools in Bologna and Ravenna, offering a positive alternative to marginalization.
Emmanuel, a Gift of Hope
In December, Emmanuel, a Venezuelan baby with a sever heart condition, was succesfully operated on in Taormina thanks to a network of solidarity. Today, he is healthy and happy, representing the fourth child treated thanks to this extraordinary collaboration

Record attendance marked the tenth edition of the Germano Chincherini Foundation Gala, which raised funds to complete a third family home in Kenya, expanding support to 136 orphaned children.

In June 2012, the 10th edition of the Germano Chincherini Memorial PRO-AM took place at the Golf Club Paradiso del Garda—an event that combined sport and charity, with all proceeds donated to the Foundation to support projects in developing countries.

On Tuesday, May 28, 2024, the XVIII Germano Chincherini Memorial Trophy took place at the Golf Club Paradiso del Garda, with 128 participants. The event was attended by well-known figures such as Malesani, Margiotta, and Cellino. Despite the rain, the course was perfectly prepared thanks to the hard work of the staff. The professional Zemmer won the trophy, living up to the expectations.
