Salò: The 2023 Of Caffè Di Più And The B&B Project

In Italy, we are working on the creation of a new bed and breakfast in Salò, on Lake Garda. The initiative aims to provide additional interesting job opportunities in the hospitality sector for differently-abled individuals, following the success of what we are already doing with Caffè Di Più, also in Salò. Over the years, the clientele of Caffè Di Più has not only remained loyal but has grown each season, starting from the summer of 2019, to the point that the bar is now open seven days a week, continuously from 8 am to 7 pm without a day off. About ten enthusiastic young people take turns managing the place, supported by three baristas. There are no fixed tasks, but rather a rotation of roles because everyone needs to learn to manage the business comprehensively, from service at the counter to table service, and from the kitchen to cleaning the premises.

The clientele consists of families and individuals who appreciate what the bar offers and adore the young staff who are always very friendly, smiling, and professional. Customers also value the quality of the production, carefully curated by the pastry chef of our Parc Hotel in Peschiera, and the attention with which the staff serve the dishes. In the course of 2023, the Caffè team dedicated themselves to setting up appreciated buffets for events organized in the town.
