The Germano Chincherini Foundation will participate in the important initiative promoted by the Municipality of Verona, which will involve thousands of children and young people from the city and the surrounding area. The event will take place at the Gran Guardia, where numerous educational and social initiatives will be showcased.

The Foundation will be present with a dedicated space, enriched with large informative panels that will showcase the projects supported in Verona, in the local area, and in Kenya, with particular focus on the program for building new care homes.

On May 24, students from the Don Bosco middle school, guided by architect Ardielli and assisted by students from the Academy of Fine Arts of Verona, will conduct a creative workshop. During the activity, decorative panels will be created, which will later be used as paintings in the new care facilities in Kenya.

In the afternoon of the same day, at 6:00 PM, the Foundation will organize a roundtable involving associations, foundations, and religious organizations from Verona active in Africa. The meeting will be an opportunity to introduce young people to the concrete commitment of many citizens, both lay and religious, in supporting African communities in need.

The following will speak at the roundtable:

  • Germano Chincherini Foundation

  • Padri Comboniani of Verona

  • Istituto Madri Canossiane of Verona

  • Nadia di San Martino Buon Albergo Foundation

  • Istituto Don Calabria of Verona
