Caffè & Residenza Di Più

Caffè di più
The Caffè di Più is an inclusive project created in Salò to offer job and training opportunities to people with disabilities. Managed by Parchotels and supported by various associations, it promotes a fair and stimulating work environment. Since 2025, the project has expanded with the Residenza di Più, applying the same model to hotel hospitality.

The project

In 2019, the Caffè di Più opened its doors to the public, a project supported by the Foundation, which provided the spaces donated by benefactor Bruno Cominelli on loan for use. This initiative, managed by Parchotels, was created with the aim of offering training and employment opportunities to people with disabilities.

In April 2025, the project expanded with the opening of the Residenza di Più, which applies the same model as the Caffè but to the hotel hospitality sector. The first of its kind on Lake Garda, the residence offers six accommodations, each capable of hosting between two and four people, located in a recently renovated structure above the Caffè.

With the support of qualified educational staff, the young workers at the Caffè di Più will have the opportunity to deepen their skills in the hotel sector, working at the reception, welcoming guests, and responding to their needs. This new initiative represents another step forward in creating concrete opportunities for the workforce and social inclusion of people with disabilities.

Objectives

The project aims to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities and to offer internship and training pathways to improve the skills of the individuals involved.

Unlike a traditional private business, Caffè di Più adopts an inclusive corporate culture that values diversity and the talents of each individual, creating a welcoming and stimulating work environment.

Beneficiaires

Currently, Caffè di Più employs eight young men and women, aged between 20 and 35 years, two of whom are participating in internship programs.

The Partners

Several associations and organizations from the sector collaborate on the initiative, including FOBAP and Anffas Brescia, the Garda Sociale Company with the municipal social services planning office, the NIL (Labor Integration Unit), and Social Work Vallesabbia.

These partners are involved in the design and support of individualized training and employment integration pathways.
